Halal Affirmation

Muslims are sensitive as to whether the food they consume is Halal. The issue of pureness of product is something that is sensitive to Muslim. For a Muslim any issue that concerns the question of Halal and Haram should be taken seriously. As the beliefs of a Muslim are set by Islam, there is nothing that can be taken lightly.

As such, as a Muslim myself, I never take the issue of Halal and Haram or Mashbooh (Syubhah) lightly. I’ve been asked so many times by Muslim customer whether my cheesecake is Halal or not. Therefore, I would like to assured my value customers that the ingredients used for baking my cheesecake are from Halal products, insyaallah, either issued by JAKIM or from the Islamic organizations of the country where they are produced. However, in any case where no Halal logo display on the product packaging, I would scrutinize the labels before buying.

With this, I hope to cease worries among my Muslim customers.

Note : Since September 2004, JAKIM has stopped issuing Halal logos for products imported to Malaysia.
